The HOOD project is getting older and our experience is mounting! Today we publish the final report of our first work area dedicated to early intervention and early assessments with homeless people. Thanks to the coordination of CESIS, HOOD partners have been working on this issue for a long time, and we have already shared other outputs of this work here: videocasts, the grid on power elements, literature review, mapping of services. With this final document, we summarize the most essential elements we have learned about early intervention in the HOOD project framework and provide a tool that can serve for the initial assessment of homeless people encountered in services, as well as to accompany their journey over time. Thanks to Pedro Perista and Paula Carrilho for their excellent coordination on this issue. We hope our experience will be useful to other professionals and organisations!
