Probably everyone who works in social work has heard of supervision… but what’s about Intervision? In the HOOD project, we are exploring this mode of peer-to-peer support, between practitioners from different countries and with different languages! Along this way, luckily we met Professor Luigi Gui, who has been developing a particular method of Intervision called “Altervision” in Italy for several years. Over the next few weeks, thanks to some videos, Professor Gui will briefly illustrate the principles, elements and main phases of Altervision.
