Today with Kirsten we close out this short series of videos on the operators’ point of view. Kirsten is Danish and works for Projekt UDENFOR in Copenhagen. Her organization is mainly involved in outreach work with rough sleeper people. For this reason, one of the most important elements of the HOOD project according to Kirsten is the focus on the bureaucratic and formal barriers to accessing services, something that outreach workers struggle with on a daily basis.
