Over the last months, we have met social workers who started to adopt the enabling co-planning approach in their daily work in social interventions. The Vedogiovane Asti is an Italian social cooperative, and it is one of the first realities in Northern Italy that have adopted this approach in the work with people with disabilities. We had the opportunity to meet Vedogiovane Asti social workers and learn from their fascinating experiences. We collected the main elements of these dialogues in this “bite” document to share this knowledge with anyone interested. Finally, a big thanks to Vedogiovane Asti professionals for the brilliant and precious work they carry on!
