We released the third videocast coming from our training event on the enabling co-planning approach. Professor Natascia Curto, from the University of Turin, discusses here a core element of this methodology related to power distribution. In the enabling co-planning, there are not given priorities or pre-established steps to follow: the person has the power to choose their own priorities in the path supported by social services. For someone could be the work, for someone else the house, or relationships. Professionals will sustain people in tacking back control over their own life, from the very beginning of the process. Watch the videocast for a deeper discussion on this element.
